We make consistency with your exercise routine as easy as possible by bringing personal training and nutritional counseling directly to your home. Our program is perfect for business professionals, busy moms and anyone whose lifestyle makes it difficult to find time to go to the gym.

No! All we need is a small amount of space in which to exercise. We’ll provide the equipment that works for you and help you set up a customized exercise area when you are ready.

Absolutely. One of our registered and licensed dietitians will come to your home to discuss your nutritional needs and set-up a meal plan. Your dietitian will also correspond with you via e-mail and phone regularly. And best of all, your first consultation with your dietitian is completely complimentary.

The program we formulate for you is individualized and designed to fit your personal goals. Typically, it's a combination of resistance training, cardiovascular work and stretching. We take into account any pre-existing health issues and any medications that you are currently taking.

Our team takes pride in being leaders in the health and fitness field. Our trainers hold four-year degrees in kinesiology or exercise science and are certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) or the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

This is our speciality. Many of our clients suffer with arthritis and fibromyalgia, or are facing the rigors of chemotherapy, radiation treatments or postoperative rehabilitation. We are happy to work with your doctor or physical therapist to develop a proper exercise regimen.

Of course, and we prefer this. We will come to your home for a complimentary initial consultation to discuss and answer any of your questions. This will also allow you to see just how your individualized program will work.

A maximum of 45 minutes. Bringing our services right to your home means no commute, parking or locker room hassles that double and even triple your time commitment.

Our rates are quite competitive and vary depending on the package that you choose to purchase.

If for any reason you should want to end your training sessions with us, any unused sessions will be fully refunded.

In order to avoid paying a fee for your session, please give a 24 hour notice.
